What We Do
Stunts & Stunt Training
Quality stunt training is crucial in filmmaking as it ensures both the safety of performers and the believability of action sequences, which are often key to a movie’s excitement and appeal. Well-trained stunt professionals are able to execute complex, high-risk scenes with precision and control, reducing the likelihood of injury while maintaining a high standard of realism and visual impact. Proper training also fosters coordination between stunt teams, directors, and cinematographers, allowing for seamless integration of action into the narrative. Without thorough preparation and expertise, stunt work can appear sloppy or dangerous, undermining the credibility of a film and putting cast and crew at risk. Ultimately, professional stunt training not only protects lives but also enhances the overall production quality, contributing to a more engaging and immersive audience experience

Tom Sunderland
Military Advisor / Stunt Trainer
With over 16 years of service as an Infantry Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, Tom brings authenticity, discipline, and tactical expertise to every production. His military career included deployments on both domestic and international operations as a member of Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry (PPCLI), leadership in high-pressure scenarios, and training in weapons handling, parachute insertions, close-quarters combat, and tactical movement.
As a Military Advisor, Tom ensures that every detail — from dialogue to body language to battlefield choreography — accurately reflects real-world military protocol and operations. His hands-on approach helps actors, directors, and stunt teams achieve immersive, believable performances.
In his role as a Stunt Trainer, Tom works closely with performers to build confidence, skill, and safety in handling military-style action. He can create rigorous, realistic training programs tailored to each production’s unique demands, while maintaining a focus on on-set safety and coordination.
In addition to his work in front of the camera, Tom offers leadership and organizational training drawn directly from his experience in commanding diverse teams and operational planning. He consults with production crews and creative teams to improve cohesion, communication, and decision-making under pressure — creating more effective, resilient, and goal-driven sets.
